Refund & Cancellation Policy
We bake every order fresh, so our refund rules are built around one fact: cookies are perishable food.
Cancelling or changing an order
- You can cancel or change your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup date, free of charge. Contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date may already be baked for you and cannot be cancelled.
Problems with your order
- If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or below our quality standard, tell us within 24 hours of receiving it — send us a photo with your order number. We will replace the order or refund it in full, your choice.
- If your order never arrives on the chosen date and it is our fault, we will re-deliver or refund it in full.
What we cannot refund
- As perishable food items, cookies cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery for change-of-mind reasons.
- Pickup orders that are not collected during pickup hours (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM) on the chosen date are baked for you and cannot be refunded. Please make sure you can reach our Obour City pickup point before choosing pickup.
- Deliveries that fail because nobody was reachable at the address or phone number provided cannot be refunded, though we will always try to arrange redelivery first.
How refunds are paid
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 business days of agreeing the refund. For orders paid online, refunds go back to the original payment method.
