Delivery & Shipping Policy
Every Doja order is baked fresh for the delivery date you choose in your cart. Here is exactly how delivery works.
Delivery areas & days
- East Cairo (Tagamo3, Heliopolis, Nasr City) — delivery available daily. Order at least 1 day ahead.
- West (Giza, 6 October, Sheikh Zayed, Maadi) — delivery on Sundays only. Order at least 1 day ahead.
- Pickup — collect your order yourself from our kitchen at Gamaiet Ahmed Orabi, Obour City, daily between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Same-day pickup needs at least 2 hours notice. Pickup is free.
Delivery fees
A flat delivery fee of LE 150 applies to both delivery zones. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you place your order. Pickup orders have no delivery fee.
Choosing your delivery date
You pick your delivery area and date in the cart before checkout. We deliver on the chosen date during the day; our courier will call or WhatsApp you when they are on the way. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order — our cookies are perishable and cannot wait outside.
Delays & changes
If we ever need to move your delivery (weather, courier issues, or days we are closed), we will contact you in advance to agree on a new date. To change your delivery date after ordering, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
