How do I order?

Add your cookies to the bag, choose your delivery area and date in the cart, and place your order. We bake it fresh for that date.

Where do you deliver?

East Cairo (Tagamo3, Heliopolis, Nasr City) daily, and Giza / 6 October / Sheikh Zayed / Maadi on Sundays. You can also pick up from our kitchen in Obour City daily, 1–8 PM. Full details on the Delivery & Shipping page.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery — pay our courier when your cookies arrive. Online payment options are coming soon.

How fresh are the cookies?

Baked on the day of (or the day before) your delivery date, never earlier. Store them airtight at room temperature for up to 5 days — 10 seconds in the microwave brings back the fresh-out-of-the-oven feel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — up to 24 hours before your delivery or pickup date. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Something's wrong with my order — what do I do?

Message us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Reach us via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
